Fixed Price with Milestones Billing
Customer with unchanging requirements are served better with fixed price contracts for most upgrade project work and implementation of new functionality. This type of engagement offers best value on a predefined scope; preferred by our clients because of predictable cost of service.

Time and Material
Most of our assessment services, spot consulting, early training and coaching as well as some support activities are billed time and afford.

Turn-Key Subcontract Projects
Customer with variable and continuous changing requirements can be billed based on fixed monthly price with blended time and material for certain functional SAP area in large scope projects (e.g. we commit and deliver Customer Service functionality) or certain activities (e.g. we manage and deliver End2End Integration Testing).
